Would the Yankees fan in your family cherish a Derek Jeter-autographed baseball? Or would “Bagels for a Year” from the Panera Bread Co. make your office cheer?

Gift certificates, gift baskets, vacation getaways, electronics and autographed memorabilia are just a few of the items available at the Syracuse University Sport Management Club’s second annual gala Charity Sports Auction, Thursday, March 29, at 5:30 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. The beneficiary will once again be the Boys & Girls Clubs of Syracuse.

A full list of the more than 300 items at the auction is now available online athttp://hshp.syr.edu/auction/index.html.

The charity auction is hosted by the Syracuse University Sport Management Club, a student-run organization of the Department of Sport Management in the College of Human Services and Health Professions.

Another highlight of the evening will be the Jreck Subs Distinguished Lecture at 6:30 p.m., featuring keynote speaker Bill Walton, three-time NCAA player of the Year and Basketball Hall of Fame inductee.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for SU students and everyone 18 years or younger. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Carrier Dome Ticket Office or by calling 1-888-DOMETIX (888-366-3849)
