Presale tickets to Al Gore’s lecture, “An Inconvenient Truth,” Thursday, Sept. 14, at the Landmark Theatre, will be available online to SU and SUNY ESF undergraduate students on the following websites:

SU Student Association (http://students.syr.edu/sa/)

University Union (http://www.universityunion.org)

University Lectures (http://provost.syr.edu/lectures/)

Undergraduate students can purchase tickets from 9 a.m. on Aug. 23 through noon on Sept. 1 at these websites. Students must present a valid SU or SUNY ESF Undergraduate Student ID number to purchase tickets during the presale period. The price for undergraduate student tickets is $5 plus a $2 service fee from the Landmark Theatre and a $1 service fee from Ticketmaster. Each student is limited to purchasing two tickets.

A free shuttle service will be available for the lecture, with bus runs starting at 6 p.m. at the Schine Student Center on the evening of the event. Shuttles will operate continuously until the start of the event. Following the event, shuttle service will be available from the Landmark Theatre to the Schine Student Center. The last shuttle will leave the Landmark Theatre at about 10 p.m.

General admission tickets for the Gore lecture will go on sale beginning Sept. 2 at the Landmark Theatre box office and Local Ticketmaster Box Offices. General admission tickets are $10 plus a $2 service fee from the Landmark Theatre and a $1 service fee from Ticketmaster.
