U.S. Sen. Joseph Biden (D-Del.) congratulates a graduate of Syracuse University’s College of Law as Dean Hannah Arterian, left, and SU Chancellor and President Nancy Cantor look on.

The College of Law’s Commencement took place Sunday, May 21, in the Carrier Dome.

Sen. Biden, a 1968 SU College of Law graduate, was the speaker for the third time. Biden is one of the most respected Senate voices on foreign policy, civil liberties and crime prevention.
