Syracuse International Film and Video Festival announces return of pre-screener events
The Syracuse International Film and Video Festival (SIFVF) will once again present its successful pre-screener events in the Central New York area. Community members have an opportunity to participate in the SIFVF selection process through these programs, evaluating SIFVF film and video submissions and making recommendations to the judges’ panel. Pre-screener events, which are free and open to the public, promise to be great fun, with movies from around the world and of every genre. Refreshments will be available.
Three pre-screener events are currently scheduled, with more to be announced:
- Oct. 19 at 7 p.m., Lucky Moon Cafe, 719 East Genesee St., Syracuse;
- Oct. 26 at 7 p.m., LeMoyne College, 244 Reilly Hall, Syracuse; and
- Dec. 2 at 7 p.m., Skaneateles Collective/Creekside Books and Coffee, 35 Fennell St., Skaneateles
