Syracuse University’s Joe and Emily Lowe Art Gallery is presenting its annual Master of Fine Arts exhibition through April 28. It is free and open to the public. Parking is available in paid visitor lots.
The MFA exhibition will showcase more than 40 works, in a wide variety of media, created by 11 third-year graduate students in the College of Visual and Performing Arts’ School of Art and Design. Included are works of illustration, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture and sound. Students from the graduate program in museum studies will design and install the show.
The Joe and Emily Lowe Art Gallery is located in Shaffer Art Building and is open Tuesday and Thursday-Sunday, noon-5 p.m., and Wednesday, noon-8 p.m. The gallery is closed on Mondays and is handicapped accessible. For more information, call (315) 443-3127.
