Mike Doughty and Travis Morrison will open the 2004-05 season of Syracuse University’s Bandersnatch Music Series, which brings independent acts to SU. They will play Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. at the Schine Student Center Underground. Required tickets are free for SU students with I.D., with a limit of two tickets per student; they are $3 for the general public.
Tickets are available at the Schine Box Office, which can be reached at (315) 443-4517. Only 300 tickets are available.
Doughty and Morrison are both working on their solo careers; Doughty is formerly a member of the band Soul Coughing and Morrison was a member of Dismemberment Plan.
The concert is organized by the Bandersnatch Music Series, which is the independent music organization within University Union Concert Board. It is supported by University Union Radio WERW.
