Chris Halvorsen and Craig Sayer, students at Syracuse University, will perform a percussion concert in the Rose and Jules R. Setnor Auditorium on Nov. 9. The concert will take place at 5 p.m; it is free and open to the public. The Setnor Auditorium is located in Crouse College.
The pair will play solos and duets on multiple percussion instruments, including the marimba and timpani. Halvorsen is a junior political science major. Sayer is a sophomore music performance major.
Parking is available in the Irving and University Avenue Garages. The concert can also be heard live on the Internet at: http://vpa.syr.edu/schools/music/streaming/index.html
