Syracuse University’s Department of Languages, Literatures and Linguistics (LLL), the Linguistic Studies Program, and the Cognitive Science Program at SU will host a lecture by Luigi Burzio on Oct. 31 at 3 p.m. in Room 107 of the Hall of Languages.

Burzio, a professor in the Department of Cognitive Science at Johns Hopkins University, will speak on “Representational Proximity and Faithfulness Constraints in Optimality Theory.”
