It was an example of teamwork, problem solving and engineering skills all rolled into one, as students in SummerStart at Syracuse put their knowledge to the test. The end result was a cool outcome on a hot summer day, all while helping students prepare for the semester ahead. This video shows how incoming first-year students are already getting a great start to the school year through the SummerStart program. SummerStart at Syracuse University is designed for newly admitted students to ensure a smooth transition from high school to college. This six-week program provides incoming students with an opportunity to become familiar with the academic, social and cultural life at Syracuse before getting caught up in the fast pace of the fall semester.
