The Division of Campus Planning, Design and Construction has been busily working on more than 120 projects this summer to enhance living, learning and working spaces throughout campus. Included in these exciting campus projects are office renovations and relocations. When students return to campus in August, they can expect to find many offices in new locations.
Work is currently underway to relocate the Disability Cultural Center (DCC) to 230 Schine, previously the Cash Operations area. Cash Operations has moved temporarily to 101 Archbold. With the relocation to Schine Student Center, the DCC joins a number of Student Affairs’ offices centrally located in Schine.
Lyman Hall welcomes a number of offices this summer, including many pertinent to graduate students and research. The Graduate School (304 Lyman), the Graduate Student Organization (303 Lyman), the Teaching Assistant (TA) Program (304 Lyman), the Office of Research (304 Lyman), the Office of Technology Transfer (304 Lyman), Office of Research Integrity and Protections (214 Lyman), and the Offices of Sponsored Programs and Sponsored Accounting (211 Lyman) will all have offices in Lyman Hall. Also relocating to Lyman Hall are the Army ROTC (215 Lyman) and Air Force ROTC (122 Lyman).
Enrollment Management (207 Bowne) and the Office of Financial Aid (200 Bowne) can now be found in Bowne Hall.
The School of Education’s Department of Counseling and Human Services is relocating to 440 Sims and the College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Women’s and Gender Studies is relocating to 340 Sims. Programs within the Center for Graduate Preparation and Achievement are also relocating to Sims Hall. These include the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Program (404 Sims), the McNair Scholars Program (404 Sims), and the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP) (415 Sims). The Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP) is also relocating to 413 Sims.
The School of Education’s Center on Human Policy is relocating to 302 Huntington.
Falk College’s Food Studies program offices and instructional kitchens will be on the fifth floor of Falk College, White Hall.
The Office of Budget and Planning is moving to 621 Skytop Road, Suite 1322.
