Students from Syracuse City Ballet help each other into their costumes for a rehearsal of “The Nutcracker.” Members of the SU community can get tickets for the production for a 10 percent discount.
Syracuse City Ballet is offering members of the SU community a 10 percent discount on adult tickets to its Dec. 6 and 7 productions of “The Nutcracker” at the Oncenter’s Crouse Hinds Concert Theater. To take advantage of the discount, visit the Oncenter Box Office prior to or at the performances with a valid SU I.D. Performances are Dec. 6 at 7 p.m. or Dec. 7 at noon or 5 p.m.

The videos were created by Paul Capotosto G’15, a graduate film student in the Department of Transmedia, who works with Syracuse City Ballet as part of an SU pilot program pairing documentary filmmaking students with local nonprofits and arts organizations. The program is sponsored by MediaWorks, VPA’s Office of Research and Graduate Studies, and SU’s Office of Sponsored Programs.
