Family Weekend is the first weekend in November and The Parents Office would like to offer you the opportunity to distribute printed promotional and informational materials to the many families and visitors who will be on campus.
If you are interested in putting your materials in the Hospitality Suite in Schine Center on Saturday, Nov. 1, please deliver your boxed and labeled materials (between 500 and 1,500 pieces) to Room 302, Schine Student Center, on either Monday, Oct. 28, or Tuesday, Oct. 29, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
If you would like any unused materials returned to you, they must be picked up no later than 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, in Room 304, Schine Student Center. Dated materials will be discarded at that time and all other unclaimed materials will be used at the Schine Information Desk or stored for use at our next event. We will not be able to retrieve stored items after Saturday, Nov. 2.
