Associate Professor Soonhee Kim of the Department of Public Administration in the Maxwell School, co-authored a new article published in the American Review of Public Administration.
The article, “Exploring the Role of Social Networks in Affective Organizational Commitment: Network Centrality, Strength of Ties and Structural Holes,” explores the social network configurations that lead to affective organizational commitment. This study found nonlinear relationships between several network dimensions and employees’ affective commitment.
