Taylor discusses Russian Liberals

Brian Taylor, professor of political science in the Maxwell School, was quoted in the Radio Free Europe article “Once A Hope Of Russian Liberals And The West, Medvedev Beats A Bellicose Drum To Stay Safe, Relevant.” Taylor, who studies Russian politics, explained how current political leaders are attempting to stay relevant in Russia by participating in more aggressive and bold tactics. “It’s not so much the content. It’s the tone — the name calling. I don’t remember Medvedev being like that earlier in his career,” Taylor said.
