The Controversy Over Vaccine Mandates For U.S. Workers

Doron Dorfman, associate professor in the College of Law, was quoted by MedPage Today and Fortune about vaccine mandates. In the MedPage Today article, Dorfman discussed the vaccine mandate for workers, and religious exemptions. He said, individuals must “provide reasonable accommodation to employees sincerely holding religious beliefs,” ‘as long as they do not create an “undue hardship” for the employer.’
