Activities for the Weekend of March 11-14

Thursday, March 11, 2021, By News Staff
Share

Dear Students and Families:

It’s beginning to feel a bit like spring here in Central New York. With warmer weather, there are even more opportunities to get outside and explore all our campus, the City of Syracuse and Onondaga County have to offer.

Before I share a preview of activities happening this weekend, I want to share an important reminder. Many in our community are beginning to get vaccinated and infection rates in our county and on our campus remain low. However, we must remain steadfast in our commitment to good public health measures. More specifically, our Stay Safe Pledge continues to serve as the guiding principles for our community. Please continue to do the right things:

  • Wear a mask;
  • Maintain social distance;
  • Limit gatherings to 10 individuals;
  • Monitor for symptoms and complete the daily health screening;
  • Do not travel outside of Central New York unless deemed essential and approved by the University;
  • Participate in testing and contact tracing procedures immediately and honestly; and
  • Adhere to all directives from state and local authorities and the University.

These actions are simple and selfless and keep you and those around you safe.
