News story “Media’s Real Estate Reckoning.” Many newspapers and magazines across the country have shifted into smaller newsrooms during the coronavirus pandemic in an effort to better suit flexible working. “I mean, everyone’s looking to cut costs, right? And it’s hard to make the argument [against it] because people are working and they are producing good work,” says Gallagher.
