In celebration of American Heart Month, the University Wellness Initiative is inviting all faculty and staff to boost their heart health knowledge by participating in the 15-day Love Your Heart email-based campaign (online quizzes, prizes, fun!).
Join in the fun and learn steps you can take to lower your risk of developing heart disease or to help manage the risk factors you may already have. This email-based campaign offers a variety of tips and resources to help participants take action and commit to a healthier heart.
