The Syracuse University Counseling Center is offering a free course in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to SU and SUNY-ESF students. The six-week course meets Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 p.m., beginning September 29. The program also includes a retreat class which will take place Saturday, November 6th, from 12-4 p.m.

6 -7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 15, at the SU Counseling Center, 200 Walnut Place
1-2 p.m., Sept. 16, in 304 and B of Hildegarde and J. Myer Schine Student
6 -7 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 22, at the SU Counseling Center, 200 Walnut Place
