Schneemann has exhibited at the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art; the Whitney Museum of American Art; the Museum of Modern Art; the Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris; and most recently in a retrospective at the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York titled “Up To And Including Her Limits.” She has taught at New York University, the California Institute of the Arts, Bard College and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
