Answering the mounting call to empower professional development journeys through enhancing the student experience is the spring 2024 launch of the Syracuse University virtual Career Hub. This new virtual environment hosts an intersection of timely and customizable career resources, services and technologies, available 24/7 for students, staff, faculty and affiliates. This virtual Career Hub helps grow the success of tomorrow by supporting taking action today.

How do you see the launch of the Career Hub enhancing the student experience?

We are excited to introduce our new virtual Career Hub to the University community! This new virtual environment brings an intentional and engaging experience where users may receive relevant content and information, alongside forefront technologies, services and resources. It’s important to dive into the intentional Career Hub customization. Specifically, customization surrounding users’ background, academic interests and career goals, will cultivate connections across professional development opportunities.

  • 02
What’s your favorite Career Hub feature?

In one word, simplification. By creating a central access point for users, the Career Hub experience simplifies discovering a full range of available career resources, services and technologies. As a result, this only empowers the student experience from enrollment, graduation and beyond. It really makes career services accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

  • 03
Who’s invited to utilize the Career Hub?

What’s great about this new Career Hub is that it’s available to all students, staff, faculty, alumni and affiliates. By opening exploration of all that is available to support careers, we hope to increase engagement in all aspects of career development at Syracuse University.

What’s one thing you want the campus community to know about the Career Hub launch?

From first-year students to post-graduation, our goal is to create deeper connections between academic pathways, meaningful career advancement and evolving employment landscapes. At the heart of this comprehensive Career Hub is the intentional integration of 24/7 services, resources and support.
