Jane Burrell, associate teaching professor in Falk College, shared her expertise as part of WalletHub’s list of “2022’s Best Cities for Vegans & Vegetarians.” The article offers advice for those who want to live a budget-friendly, vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. Along with providing a list of cities best suited for these individuals, Professor Jane Burrell offers her expert advice by stating “following a plant-based or vegetarian eating pattern can be a very economical, environmentally friendly, and nutritious choice.”
