Researchers Recruiting Volunteers for Study on Effects of Time-Restricted Eating Schedules

The Clinical Research Laboratory within the Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics is seeking research volunteers to understand the effects of time-restricted eating schedules on young adults (age 30 or younger) with a BMI of 30 or greater.

What will you be asked to do?

  • Come to the CRL for cardiometabolic testing, pre- and post-intervention.
  • Participants will be randomly selected to one of two groups. A group that will only eat their food from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 3 to 11 p.m.
  • We do not restrict the type or amount of food individuals can consume.

Time commitment

Each lab visit will last about an hour. The study lasts for four weeks.
