Check your Syracuse University (i.e., @syr.edu) email for a link to complete it. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes, all responses are recorded anonymously and those who complete it are entered to win one of 20 $75 Amazon gift cards, one of five early course registration spots and one of four $25 Barnes Center Pharmacy gift cards. Help inform future health and wellness services, programs and resources! The survey closes this Saturday, March 22.
