One of the most exciting events of the year, the Westcott Halloween Dog Parade, took to the streets this past Saturday, Oct. 26. On a beautiful Saturday morning, dozens of dogs strutted their stuff in their Halloween attire to tunes from New Orleans-style brass band Second Line Syracuse. Afterwards, humans and dogs alike snacked on treats (apple cider and donuts for the humans, and biscuits for the furry friends) at Petit Branch Library.
