Clemence, Meredith Professor Emeritus in the College of Engineering and Computer Science and recipient of the Chancellor’s Medal at the 2017 One University Awards ceremony, served as interim dean of the chapel from 2015-17. Hendricks interim deans James B. Wiggins (1980-81), Robert S. Pickett (1995-97) and Kelly N. Sprinkle (2008-2010) are also honored with plaques in the gallery.
