It always seems like the weather is just breezy and cool one day and then brutally cold the next. Now you may be thinking it’s too cold, too dark and too slippery to run. But falling temperatures don’t have to deter you; there’s no reason you can’t take your cardio on the road, sidewalk or trail this winter.
Healthy snacks and giveaways! All staff and faculty welcome.
