Risk Management Office Moves

Effective Tuesday, Aug. 11,  the Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Services Office (a unit within the Division of Campus Safety and Emergency Services) has moved from the Skytop Office Building to 119 Euclid Ave.

If you are driving to the building, park at Q4 and inform the attendant that you are there for business associated with the Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Services Office.

The Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Services Office provides  the University community with advice and consultation regarding risk, identification of risks and exposures by performing risk assessments and analysis with schools/colleges and departments and evaluation and selection of risk management techniques to manage the risk. Specific functions include risk financing and insurance management, including management of the University’s newly formed insurance captive (Orange Insurance Co. LLC) effective July 1; claims management (workers’ compensation, short term disability benefits, property losses, automobile, environmental, etc.); regulatory compliance support; contract reviews for proper insurance transfer; and international travel risk and safety services.

Members of the Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Services team are:

David Pajak, director of risk management and chief regulatory compliance officer;
Michaele DeHart, associate director of risk and insurance;
Christopher Richmond, associate director of claims;
Nicole Cooter, regulatory compliance coordinator;
Donna Petrera, office coordinator; and
Sheera Buckley, workers’ compensation and disability benefits coordinator.
