University Wellness Initiative and Recreation Services Offer Lunchtime Tai Chi Class for Faculty and Staff
Looking for a way to de-stress, improve concentration and increase sleep? Join us for tai chi for beginners. This 12-week program will cover the first 17 moves and increase to more, based on the interest and skill level of the participants.
