University Wellness Initiative Sponsors Mindful Eating Program
Introduction to Mindful Eating
In this eight-week program, Nicole Christina, LCSW, will teach participants to:
-Begin a new, more peaceful, relationship with food
-End yo-yo dieting and stress eating
-Learn the latest mindfulness techniques to help you eat joyfully and moderately
Christina has been practicing psychotherapy for 20 years. She specializes in food-related issues, anxiety and depression and has presented on mindful eating both locally and nationally.
The cost for the program is $40. Payment must be received by Sept. 2.
