Susan B. Long to receive Freedom of Information Legend Award
On March 16 at American University, the Washington College of Law’s Collaboration on Government Secrecy will present Susan B. Long, co-director of the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), with the 2012 Robert Vaughn Freedom of Information Legend Award. The award recognizes Long’s career as a uniquely successful Freedom of Information Act requester and litigant whose work spans more than four decades.
Long will present the keynote address at the meeting, which takes place each year on or near the birthday of James Madison.
