Rubinstein, professor of anthropology and international relations at the Maxwell School, was an invited speaker at the conference on “Accounting for Culture in the Military: Implications for Future Humanitarian Cooperation,” held on Dec. 9 at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and sponsored by The Curb Center for Art, Enterprise and Public Policy at Vanderbilt University.
