‘How Did You Become an Assistant Dean?’ panel on March 1
On Tuesday, March 1, Career Services and the Graduate School will host a panel discussion, “How Did You Become an Assistant Dean?” in Room 107 of the Hall of Languages from 2-3:30 p.m. The panel discussion will feature eight assistant deans
from SU sharing their own career paths, as well as tips for aspiring academic administrators.
The eight panelists include:
Stephen Block, assistant dean of administration at the School of Information Studies
Susan Corieri, assistant dean for enrollment management and special academic program initiatives at the School of Information Studies
Ariel Duchene, assistant dean of external relations at the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science
Elizabeth Hahn, assistant dean of finance and administration at the Whitman School of Management
Katryn Hansen, assistant dean of finance and administration at the School of Architecture
Kathleen Joyce, assistant dean for student tecruitment at the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science
Amie Redmond, assistant dean of academic and student services at the School of Education
Martha Sutter, assistant dean of student affairs at the College of Visual and Performing Arts
