The Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center has again achieved “Select” status within Starwood Hotels. “Select Hotels” are the highest-ranking hotels in the Starwood Hotels System with respect to a number of customer comfort and satisfaction criteria. For the month of June 2009, the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel was ranked as the #1 hotel out of all Sheraton Hotels in North America.

Of the more than 25 categories measured, the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel has consistently achieved #1 rankings in most areas. These categories include: overall guest satisfaction, value for the price paid, staff knowledge and friendliness, room decor, problem resolution, cleanliness, ease and sense of belonging, and staff responsiveness to requests.

These rankings are based on actual scores given to the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel by guests who stayed at the hotel. David Heymann, general manager of the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel says: “We take great pride in these guest service scores because they are awarded by guests who have stayed here and experienced our hospitality first hand. Our entire team is very proud of this #1 ranking and our guest service reputation.”
